🟢 Dry bar hire: Your alcohol, our expertise
Best for: Home parties, engagements, and milestones. You provide the alcohol; we provide the professional experience. This is the most cost-effective way to have a high-end bar at your event, allowing you to control your budget while we handle the heavy lifting.
The "bespoke cocktail" package
Why it’s special: It’s a tailored experience that turns your story into a drink. Perfect for engagements or anniversaries where you want a "signature" moment.
What to expect: A one-on-one consultation to design 2–3 signature cocktails. We provide all custom syrups, fresh juices, specialised bitters, and high-end garnishes like dehydrated fruits or edible flowers.
Staff & extras: Includes a senior mixologist and professional bar kit.
The "holiday highball" package
Why it’s special: Designed for high-energy neighbourhood bashes like Halloween or Christmas. It focuses on festive, recognisable flavours that keep the line moving.

Best for: Weddings and premium corporate events. We handle everything from start to finish. Your guests enjoy unlimited drinks, and you don't have to worry about shopping, transport, or logistics.
Why it’s special: It offers the ultimate "hands-off" luxury experience. Your only job is to choose your menu; we manage the rest.
What to expect: A curated selection of premium spirits, craft beers, and wines. Includes 2 custom cocktails designed specifically for your event.
Staff & extras: All-inclusive service including glassware, ice, garnishes, and a full team of professional staff.
🔴 Pay-as-you-go: The festival favourite
Best for: Festivals, public events, and large community gatherings. We set up a fully stocked bar where your guests pay for their own drinks. This is the perfect option for events where the host wants a professional bar presence without a large upfront cost.
Why it’s special: It brings a professional "pub" or "festival" atmosphere to any venue with zero inventory risk for the host.
What to expect: A wide variety of chilled beers, wines, spirits, and mixers available for individual purchase.
Staff & extras: Includes our mobile bar unit, cooling equipment, and licensed staff using a modern, fast checkout system (cash and card).
Note: A minimum spend or setup fee may apply depending on the guest count.

At The Party Pourers, we believe in clear, honest pricing. We use a hybrid approach with "starting at" prices for our standardised packages to give you a baseline, but the final total is always a customised quote. This ensures that every event, from a small anniversary dinner to a large block party, gets a perfectly suited and transparent quote. You'll receive an itemised breakdown, so you know exactly where your budget is going, with no hidden "caterer markups" on the alcohol itself!
How we calculate your quote:
1. The base package rate: Each of our tiers has a base service fee covering preparation time, professional bar tools, mobile bar setup, insurance, and licensing.
2. The per-guest variable (mixers & prep): For our Dry Hire packages, we calculate a "Mixer & Garnish" fee based on your guest count. This covers the actual cost of fresh-squeezed juices, handmade syrups, premium ice, and sodas.
3. Staffing requirements: Safety and speed are our priorities. We determine the number of bartenders needed based on your guest count and drink complexity:
*Beer & Wine:* 1 bartender per 75 guests.
*Craft Cocktails:* 1 bartender per 40–50 guests to ensure high-quality presentation.
4. Duration and distance: We usually have a 3-hour minimum for events. We also look at the travel distance from our Harringay home base – we love staying local, but we can travel further for a modest transport fee.
5. Add-ons: Any extras like glassware rentals, passed drink service, or specialised hydration stations are added as line items.
