Our story: From university taverns to your back garden!
The Party Pourers started with two best friends, a shared love of hospitality, and a dream of creating something of our own.
Alex and Xander met at university in Leeds and spent years working behind some of the city’s busiest bars. From late nights serving cocktails to learning the craft of great hospitality, we quickly realised we shared the same ambition: to build a bar that could travel with us.
And so, The Party Pourers was born.
Today, we bring our pop-up bar experience to weddings, parties, festivals, corporate events and celebrations across the UK — serving great drinks, creating memorable moments and, most importantly, making sure you get to enjoy your own party.
Where it all began
It started behind the bar.
We fell in love with everything that makes hospitality special — the buzz of a busy room, the sound of a cocktail shaker, meeting new people and watching an ordinary night turn into a great one.
But we also noticed something.
At almost every private event, the host was the one working hardest. Refilling glasses, making drinks, running to the kitchen and checking that everyone else was having a good time.
We thought there had to be a better way.
The Party Pourers was created to bring the energy and expertise of a great bar directly to your event, while giving you the freedom to step away from the serving and actually be part of the celebration.

From beautifully crafted cocktails and refreshing mocktails to beers, wines and spirits, we take care of the drinks so you don't have to.
Our dry-hire approach also gives you the flexibility to choose and purchase your own spirits, while we take care of the rest — from fresh juices and homemade syrups to professional mixology, beautiful garnishes and flawless service.
We're a family-run business, and that matters to us. We want every event to feel personal, welcoming and completely tailored to you, while maintaining the professionalism you'd expect from a high-end bar.
